This is a unique spot in Denver, with a country atmosphere all around and city attractions nearby. The private apartment space is the lower level of my home except the laundry, which is open to me and my housemate upstairs. Front entry is not discreet but exclusively for downstairs tenants. It is a beautiful historic neighborhood with city life nearby and a country atmosphere all around. Convenient location for work and pleasure. Minutes to RTD and WLine transportation. Denver Health, Lutheran Hospital, St. Anthony's, and Kaiser Lakewood are each approx. 10-15 minutes or less. Nearby open spaces offer mountain views, a walk along a creek and a lake, wildlife, and miles of trails.

Safe and close to everything
First and foremost Anne is the best landlord we've had! She went above and beyond for us. I travel with my soon to be 3 year old and mom, and she was wonderful to us. Her home was safe and really felt like a second home to us. Denver Health was about 12 min away which isnt bad at all. There are parks nearby and a lit of grocery stores too. Not to mention the mountains were about 15 min away. We were sad to leave, but grateful she let us stay. Laundry is shared, but everyone respects each other when it comes to it. Communication was a huge plus when we stayed here. I would recommend staying here, and if I ever find myself in the denver area again, I'll be reaching out to stay! 10/10 recommend!!!
