Great Apartmennt & Owner!

Stayed in the apt below this one (slightly different than pictured) for about 6 months while in school & really loved the apartment building and area! Super convenient to get to food/grocery/shopping/subway and Pedro was always very kind and communicative! Very happy we decided on this apartment!

Fabulous location & great landlord!

We actually stayed in Pedro's other rental directly below this unit and it was wonderful. Two big bedrooms with plenty of beds, hardwood floors, big windows for lots of natural light, brand new couch and dining table, small kitchen but had a washing machine in unit! The location is very conveniently located to different subway lines, Central Park, Riverside park, and oh so many delicious local spots to eat. Pedro was was great with communicating about the apartment and building, incredibly responsive to any questions, and very gracious with our many schedule shifts and logistical issues. I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip back to NYC!

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our 3 month stay at Pedro's apartment. My sister and I stayed at the unit just below the one pictured but it is the exact same layout and furnished slightly different. Pedro was very cordial and responsive on any questions or concerns. The apartment is very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It is in a convenient location on the UWS where you'll find plenty of delis, coffee shops, and other major stores that we really took advantage of. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that there could be more clarity/specificity in the contract (or verbally) about how move out times/dates are defined to avoid any snags in communication. Nonetheless, when my husband and I move back to NY we will definitely reach back out to Pedro to check availability for this apartment!

This apartment is clean, safe, and in a great location! This checked off all of our boxes for the perfect apartment and we highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Manhattan. Pedro was kind, professional, and attentive - nothing but great things to say about our stay here!
