This is a completely private casita with its own garage and its own front door. There are no shared spaces at all, which provides a very quiet private space to live in. Our home was built in 2018, fairly new property with modern amenities. Sorry no pets are allowed.

Cozy Casita
I stayed at this property for 11 months while in the area for work. The unit is extremely clean, well maintained, and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's located in a good neighborhood, great for walks or visits to the nearby park. Though connected to the main house, it's extremely private with its own entrance and garage. The landlords are very friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist with any needs. If you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay, I highly recommend this property!
