Cozy Cottage near Butler University, restaurants, hiking biking and kayaking

This cottage is on sprawling grounds, approximately one half acre. The west boundary is White River. There is an earthen level between the house and the river below.
The front concrete patio is for the use of the tenant only. The side and back patio/ seating areas are closed for the winter. In spring/summer/ fall these seating areas are used by the owner occasionally. This is a park like setting.
