Amazing Stay!
I enjoyed my stay at Kim's condo! This place is clean, comfortable, and has everything you will need to make you feel at home. It's in a nice, safe, and quiet area. Kim is amazing! She answered any questions and concerns I had during my stay. If I had any issues she was quick to find a solution. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Experience
Kim's place is spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. It's nicely located easy drives from Iron Works, North Hills, and several grocery stores. Kim was a wonderful host, very attentive and flexible. Highly recommend!

Amazing place
This condo in the heart of Raleigh has everything you could ever want, and more! The landlord, Kim, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Everything was kept it perfect condition and I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay!!
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and cozy while still having ample storage space. Great location - in a quiet and safe neighborhood and convenient to downtown Raleigh and North Hills. Also has a walking trail nearby that I used many times. Kim is an amazing property owner - super attentive and responsive to anything that might come up. I loved staying here so much that I continued to extend my stay while searching for a long-term spot. Absolutely recommend!

Excellent Experience
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kims condo. The place is so spacious and very homey. It is in a great location in Raleigh as youre not far from downtown or the North Hills Area. Its equipped with all of your needs. Kim is so responsive and will take care of any issue you have immediately and that was something I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this place of residence to anyone.
