Spacious, clean home in safe neighborhood; 5 minute walk to LLUCH
I loved staying here! I'm a travel nurse and the location is perfect as I could walk to and from work at the LLUCH. Very safe neighborhood. Calvin, the tenant, is extremely responsive and accommodating. There was a leak in the ceiling from an apartment above me on NYE and Calvin made sure his repair man was there bright and early on New Year's Day to fix it. House is very open and spacious. Clean with lots of kitchen amenities and an in unit washer and dryer. Pet friendly. I felt very safe living there as a single woman traveling. Would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in the area. Close to Redlands and stores. Highly recommend this property to stay in. - Katy J.

Great Stay
The property is great, the neighborhood is quiet, and the other tenants are really quiet as well. The property owner, Calvin, is a wonderful host and is very attentive to tenants needs. It's a wonderful property and highly recommend it.

excellent stay
C is a great host! He paid attention to small details and was reliable for anything I needed help with. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the LLU hospital and University. It had everything I needed. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend!
