2/1 Bungalow Near Hospitals with garage and deck

Comfortable and quiet with fabulous hosts.

I am a traveling SLP and stayed at this property with my two fur babies for nearly a year. It is comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located in relation to both the North and Downtown UnityPoint hospitals. Everything I needed was provided or close by. If there was an issue the hosts were incredibly quick to respond and are great people. I would highly recommend staying at one of Cindy and Bill's properties.

Great listing

Stayed here for roughly 7 months, great place to stay and a very quit neighborhood. Owner was rapidly responsive to text messages. Very warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Definitely would recommend if you're staying in the area.

What a truly wonderful, home feeling great place! This is my first time using furnished finder and I truly found the best! The hosts really think about everything you truly need and make sure you are well taken care of. They were always communicating and making sure my stay was going well and were there when anything was needed. Thank you so much for a great stay again.

The best place to stay!

This is a great place. After travel nursing for over a year its by far the nicest place we have stayed. Our hosts, B and C are most gracious hosts and we will miss them. The house is plenty big to live comfortably and C has truly thought of everything a traveler needs. We would love to stay here but its almost time to move again. Thanks C and B!
