This is a vintage turn-of-the-century brick 3-flat in the heart of Irving Park. It is owned by a local sculptor and she didn't spare any details when remodeling the kitchen and bathroom in 2022. Custom cabinets and vanity are special touches and the home is filled with collected art and objects from around the world! There is a fenced front and back yard for your use and raised beds for gardening.

Great experience

Dusty was incredibly warm, responsive, flexible and accommodating for our stay. The home was lovely and comfortable for our family. Dusty was attentive to the property and even made sure the steps and walkway were clear and safe through several snowfalls! I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood as well. Wonderful stay

Incredible stay! Lived here for almost four months with my roommate and have nothing but great things to say. The place was perfectly sized for us and Dusty provided everything we might need for a long stay. Her plants and garden made it extra special! Highly recommend :)
