Perfect for healthcare workers!

This was my very first travel contract and I could not have asked for a better housing experience! Everything was so clean and accessible. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. I was apprehensive about having roommates but everyone was so respectful and I felt really safe. Chris was amazing to work with and was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend staying here!

I loved my stay here! Nice house with everything you need. Chris is great! I didn't have that many issues but when I did he was on it!

Quiet neighborhood. Very close to shopping. Chris made it easy to stay here and graciously extended with work contract extensions.

Great Home Away from Home

This is a perfect location for travelers in the Fredericksburg area, I stayed here while on a 3 month travel assignment at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. This room was so comfortable. It was nice to be able to use the laundry and know it wasn't bothering anyone. What was really cool was the shared living space! The open concept and modern finishes made it feel like a hotel but it was comfortable because it is a house. The house mates and I got along well, every one was courteous. What a great experience! So nice not to worry about bothering the "family" when renting a room on the go. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place for Travelers

This is the perfect place for travelers for the Fredricksburg area. The location is close to everything food, shopping and work. Chris is a great host and responds to texts and calls right away. The house is beautiful in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I recommend this house and host to anyone traveling to the fredricksburg area. I stayed in the master bed room and it was fantastic to have a nice clean walk in shower after work. Chris and his wife keep the place kept up as travelers come and go. I lived there for 7 months and it was great.

Wonderful stay

I stayed at this property while working at a travel assignment for 3 months. Chris was an excellent host. He responded to all of my needs/requests. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything I would need. The location is super close to Central Park which makes it easy to get everything. Nice safe area and walking outside is quite pleasant. The other traveling professionals living with me are great and it was a perfect stay for me.

This room has 2 windows which let in plenty of natural light. The bed was so comfortable. It was nice to be able to use the laundry and know it wasn't bothering anyone.
