Very quiet neighborhood thats 12 minutes from downtown. Close enough to get to everything and far enough not to get caught up in the city life. Welcoming
This home is very cozy, clean and welcoming. I've been here for 9 months and sadden to go. The owner is attentive and quick to reply to any issues. She's very pleasant. She also has lots of security video surveillance on the premises. I've enjoyed saying her. Yes you lease a room but have access to the entire home, internet, and washer and dryer. You are there alone 99.995% of the time. She comes through to check if you have any concerns and/or issues. If I ever have another assignment in NOLA I hope she's available.....She can tell you where you can go for entertainment and great restaurants just ask her she is truly a New Orleanian. Thank you so much for me as an occupant.
