Great Space, Not so great experience.

The space was private, clean, well stocked, and most importantly safe. Unfortunately, that is where my positive experience ended. Michael, the landlord, initially appeared friendly, cooperative, and fair; however, that changed when I had to end my stay earlier than expected. After requesting a partial refund, communication became inconsistent and sporadic. I stayed only one week of my prepaid month and requested a refund for the remaining two weeks as a fair adjustment. Additionally, another tenant occupied the space during the final week of my booking, meaning the actual unoccupied loss would have been about one week. Despite multiple follow-ups, restating prior discussions, and requesting documentation for clarity, responses slowed and eventually stopped. The refund he agreed to was not honored, and no refund has been issued. All further communication attempts have gone unanswered and sadly at this point, I feel like I can now only seek resolution through more formal legal avenues.

Great Apartment

The space was very clean and private. I felt very secure with a coded lock for the front door AND another one for my unit. The owners are very kind and checked in with me to make sure everything was well - and it always was.
