Nice and Quite

I had the pleasure of staying at this property. It's safe, quiet, and the owner is very kind and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and would rent again.

Great Place!!

I stayed with Jim and Mitch for a month while working in Michigan. What a great experience! The unit was awesome, with a fantastic sleeping porch! Jim and Mitch were great, the location is great, close to tons of things to do, and convenient to highways. I am so grateful to have found this vs. spending every night in a hotel. Thanks again Jim and Mitch!!!

Apt C

I stayed in Apartment C for three months while I did an internship. It was the perfect place for me to wind down and relax. Jim makes his tenants feel welcome and is always quick to respond to any issues. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lansing.

Nice Property

Jim is not your standard landlord. He nicely maintains the property and is very quick to address any concerns or issues you may have with your unit. It's also convenient to have nearly all utilities included in your rent! I only anticipated staying for a few months while I was in between places but felt comfortable enough here to extend my stay. I highly recommend renting from Jim if you're looking for a quiet and safe place to live.
