Cutest Long Beach Studio!

As a single female healthcare traveler, I'm always cautious when moving to a new area and pay close attention to safety and privacy. I can honestly say this location was perfect. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with very kind, welcoming neighbors, and while Long Beach certainly has its characters, I never once felt unsafe -- even when coming home late at night. The location is fantastic, just five minutes from the beach and 2nd Street, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and things to do nearby. The studio had everything I needed, and the private backyard with the hammock was such a relaxing bonus. I was always able to find street parking. Wednesday nights could be a little more challenging due to street sweeping, but I could still usually find a spot within a few blocks. Lisa and Brett were wonderful hosts -- responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Will miss being here!!

Perfect Summer Stay

This little Casita was perfect for my summer stay in Long Beach. It was super cozy, with the perfect beach vibes. I spent a ton of time in the hammock in the cute private backyard. Its walking distance from the beach and many different coffee shops and restaurants. There is no designated parking, but street parking was readily accessible. There is street-sweeping twice a week when parking was difficult in the evening, but during the day, it was totally fine. The host, Lisa, was amazing and very accommodating. I loved my stay and would totally come back the next time Im in Long Beach. 10/10

The Perfect Stay!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Lisa is a kind and generous host welcoming, responsive, and truly invested in her tenants' comfort. Her care for the home and the people staying there is evident in everything she does. The space is beautiful, clean, organized, and thoughtfully curated with everything I needed and more. Its in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just a few blocks from cafes, restaurants, the beach, and public transit. The private backyard had outdoor furniture and a sweet garden. I had plenty of storage and all-new appliances. I moved across the country not knowing anyone, and Lisas warmth made me feel safe, supported, and truly at home. It was the perfect place for me, and Im so grateful. Thank you, Lisa!

Beautiful Studio near the Beach

I was very fortunate in finding this property. I'm a travel nurse at a nearby hospital and was in need of a cost efficient and convenient place. This studio hit all the marks. The location can't be beat, it's near the beach with tons of activities to do nearby. The home itself is updated, clean, and roomy. An addition, L, the landlord, is amazing! She is responsive, kind, and gives great tips for nearby things to do. My stay so far has been great! couldn't ask for better
