Perfect Property with an Incredible Host

Absolutely fantastic stay. My family of four needed a furnished rental while we hunted for a house to buy after moving to Colorado Springs. The property was everything we hoped for and the owner/host Keith took great care of us. The townhome is in immaculate condition, everything worked like it was supposed to, and the space is extremely functional. The neighborhood is also very quiet and secure, while maintaining easy access to the highway. Very grateful to have found this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular Condo in the Broadmoor!

We were relocating to Colorado Springs and didn't want to rush our house hunting process. I found Keith's condo and it has been such a saving grace during this transitional period. We have a family of four humans and two kitties and the two bed, two bath layout has been more than enough space for us. The condo has everything you could need to make yourself feel at home. Whether you were coming for a weekend of hiking and touring around the Springs or staying for an extended stay like us, this is a great spot. The complex was so safe, close to everything and has lots of visitor parking. The house itself comes with a two car garage as well, which was nice for us to store some of the things we brought with us. Lastly, K has been an incredible host and lives locally which is a huge plus in my opinion. Excellent property. Excellent host. Truly a great experience for us as a new family to town. Thank you K!
