Spacious and comfortable

I was lucky enough to stay here for nearly two months over the winter holidays with my husband and cat. The apartment is spacious yet incredibly cozy, full of character, and features beautiful 11-foot ceilings. Even on the coldest snowy days, it stayed warm and comfortable. I worked from home daily and really appreciated the desk and comfortable office chair. The large, fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and even host a dinner party. Despite having upstairs neighbors, we never heard any noise. The location in The Fan is unbeatable—just blocks from Scotts Addition’s breweries and gyms, and close to the Museum District and Carytown’s shops and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong with this apartment, and I hope to stay here again.

Absolute gem in The Fan

This property was the perfect stay for my partner and I and our two dogs. The home has so much charm and the location is perfect - close to Scott's Addition for breweries and walkable to museums, Byrd Park and Carytown. We barely used our cars while here - all walking and biking. Great communication with Kevin as well, he was always quick to respond and so helpful with everything we needed. 10/10!
