Spotless Home & Great Landlords
M & A have thought of everything when it comes to providing a furnished rental! The space is extremely clean, very well decorated, and includes every amenity you would need/could think of. M & A are incredible hosts and are extremely responsive, kind and truly care about you and your comfort. Everything in the home is thoughtful and well organized including designated towels, mats, etc for when there is a roommate so each individual has their own set items. The basement is nice to have for added storage/workout space as well as the garage especially in the winter months! The commute to UW Health University Hospital was 20-25 minutes with traffic and even less to UW Health East Madison Hospital with door to door being less than 10 minutes. I can't say enough nice things about M & A and their space, you won't regret staying here!

Healthcare Haven
Mara is a wonderful landlord. She is attentive and caring. She made sure I had everything I needed. Texted me updates about things going on around the property. Let me know where extra items were. The coffee pot broke and she went ahead and got a brand new one for the property. She is a caring human who makes sure everything is perfect. 10/10 would stay here all over again. Thank you Mara for a wonderful stay :)

M's place is so clean, well decorated and well maintained, the place is in nice, safe and quiet neighborhoods, and close to many locals restaurants, Groceries, few minutes drive from downtown, plenty of parking spaces, The owner is very responsible, I was happy to stay and enjoyed staying there. I highly recommend this place if you need the place to stay while you are in Madison Wisconsin.
