lovely home away from home

I Stayed in the home for a little over 3 months. The home was very clean, hospitable and well maintained. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Very good location close to a bunch of beautiful parks and the major highway, which made commuting easy . definitely would have liked to stay longer in this lovely home. The Landlord Beza is wonderful!! You will surely enjoy ur stay here !

I stayed in the home from December 23, 2024 to March 23, 2025. The homeowner was very hospitable, friendly and was able to accommodate my every need. The home was extremely clean, the community was safe and quiet. The home was close to the triangle (Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham, ). I stayed in Durham where It was easy access to the highway, shopping and entertainment.. It only took 20 minutes to Rex UNC hospital where I worked. I was very pleased and would rent this property again in a heartbeat! This was indeed a 5-Star experience with a Super-host. Kathleen Johnson

Comfotable, Cozy, Southern Hospitality

The house is in a prime location to Hospitals in the Durham area. 5 miles to Duke University Hospital and the VA Medical Center. Close to the major highways that takes you all around the Triangle Area. If you decide to work in Butner, NC the house is only 20 minutes away from the town due to the access to the major highway. The house owner keeps the house super clean and well maintaned. The room and the house is comfy; cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Based on my experience, this home is worth every penny and you will never reget renting from the home owner. Moreover, the home owner is very fair and easy to get along. Just please treat the home with respect clean after yourself, take your shoes off when entering the house and walk the garbage bins out of the drive way for the trash pick-up. Overall my experience living this home is the best so far. Too bad I have to move back to New York. This home deserves a five star in my book all day long.
