This place was very nice and in a wonderful neighborhood! Kristi was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly. There were just a few good to know things: 1. We are nurses and work night shift and I can say I would not recommend for nightshift workers. The floors are very thin and the grandkids woke us up pretty often especially in the summer. Although, If you work day shift this would be perfect! 2. There is no thermostat in the basement so the renter can not adjust their own temperature. It didn't bother us most of the time, but did catch us off guard on move in day. 3. The trash can isn't readily available and stays in the garage. Not a big deal but slightly inconvenient through the week when you want to take out the trash. We had to make sure everything fit in 2 trash bags. Overall very nice and we enjoyed our stay!
