My property is in a great location in a gem of a quiet neighborhood yet very close to many amenities. Im one house away from 2 marinas on Bayou Chico so I look out my living room window and see boats and the Barancas Bridge. Im just 3 miles to Downtown, less than 2 miles to the Blue Wahoos Ball Stadium and a beautiful waterfront park. Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are equal distance from my house. About 12 miles.
Space
My house is a 1949 cottage with lots of character. It has been completely renovated to include plumbing, electric, heat and air. I also have a tankless water heater. I have several outdoor living spaces. My front deck is covered a sunshade, in the backyard I have another covered area with an outdoor pool table. Gardening is my passion so I try to keep lots of flowers growing.
