In law Studio Unit Near John Muir Hospital and Downtown Concord

Newly built unit with modern design. Water runs great with strong current. Great lighting both inside and outdoors. However, place did not come furnished as I would have liked. The unit did not come with the following items: small workspace/desk, kitchen trash bin, comforter, and restroom mirror (I attached one), and no access to laundry. The biggest nuisance is the WiFi connection and cellphone reception. I believe its d/t living in a steel, insulated cargo and being far from the main router. It is a great price so be mindful that the unit may lack some necessities.

R is an amazing host. She went out of her way to accommodate the dates of my stay. Extremely fast responses to my requests, always checked in to see if I was doing ok & quickly resolved any issues. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay! Would recommend this space, its quiet, and perfect size for one. Close to John Muir concord and Walnut Creek campuses.
