Elmhurst is a whimsical, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with tree-lined streets that are majestic both fall and spring. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. The house is clean, bright, and comfortable. A list of local attractions is provided. My husband or I will personally see to all the details of your stay.

Beautiful, bright and sunny private home with private, fenced yard. Quartz counter, marble shower, barn door, blackout shades in bedroom. 720 square feet but very open feeling. In-unit washer/dryer combo machine, central AC/heat (that works really really well!), ceiling fans, and a rustic storage shed. All utilities and furnishings included. You may help yourself to the fruit trees in season!

You will find a plethora of fresh cuisine within walking distance. - amazing restaurants, craft coffee, a seasonal farmers market, and grocery stores are all nearby. A HIIT gym, yoga, convenience store, and several parks are also within walking distance. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. Elmhurst is a gem within the lovely city of Sacramento!

This is one of the best places my wife and I have stayed during our travels. Emily was so helpful and communicative as well. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable and gorgeous. We really loved the backyard and spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect House!
We loved staying here in Elmhurst! The house was modern, clean, spacious, and had great AC! It is perfectly furnished and had a great big kitchen for cooking. It was so close to UCD medical center that I could walk to work for my entire travel assignment there which was super convenient. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely come back to stay here again!
