Everything you need
This basement property had everything I needed and the owner was super friendly. Dog friendly. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to plenty of things to do.

Hidden Gem Review
This rental was the perfect fit for a short-term stay. The space was roomy, the location made it easy to get to work and nearby amenities, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, I had a positive experience.

My stay at this hidden gem during my travel nursing assignment in Colorado Springs was excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed to feel at home after long shifts. The location was convenient, safe, and made getting to work and exploring the area easy. The host was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making my stay a great experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would gladly stay here again!

Hidden Gem is Awesome!
I am new to The Springs and I stayed at this property for 3 months with my dog and cat while I looked for and purchased a home. Great hosts that were very responsive and wanted to be sure I had what I needed. Awesome location that is close to everything. Nice sized space that was clean and well furnished. Walkout basement to a fenced yard that was great for my dog. I enjoyed my time at the Hidden Gem and felt so lucky to find such a great comfortable space : )

Hidden Gem!
Awesome location with nearby restaurants and stores! Spacious apartment with a walkout basement and fenced in backyard that worked out great with my 2 dogs! I stayed there for 2 months while waiting to move into my new house.
