Safe, Welcoming and Quiet

I had an excellent stay here during my time in Yonkers. The apartment has everything you could possibly need to really settle into the quiet comfortable environment. There is plenty of parking available and I never had trouble finding a spot, which can be rare in NY. Although my stay was cut short due to some unforeseen job circumstances, Adrielle was very understanding and helped me out even though I had to break the lease. If I'm ever back in Yonkers this apartment would be my first choice for accommodations.

Nice apartment

The apartment was clean and spacious. I never had trouble finding a spot to park during my 3 month stay. Adrielle was very helpful and accommodating during my stay. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to stay while working. It is walking distance to so many bars and coffee shops for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Safe neighborhood, convenient amenities

This apartment has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment building is clean and well kept. The full kitchen in this top-floor unit makes a big difference. The location is convenient and I felt safe in the neighborhood. I would stay again when visiting NYC if it was available.

Spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood

I had such a great experience staying in Yonkers! Apartment is very spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to multiple grocery stores, train stations, and shopping complexes. Parking is easy. Adrielle is great with fast response time and attending to anything that comes up. My stay was through the winter, and Adrielle and her family took care of the snow removal and making sure the property was safe. The only downside is accessing the laundry, since I had to go outside around the house which was not very convenient in the wintertime. Overall, had a great time here and would definitely consider if I'm back in the area!

Amazing Stay!

I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is fully furnished and truly feels like a home away from home with everything needed to be comfortable. The location is also very convenient. It’s close to great restaurants, shops, Metro-North, and transportation into the city, which made getting around very easy. Adrielle is a very kind and attentive owner who made sure everything was in order and was always responsive if anything was needed. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

I had a fantastic time staying here. Upon arrival I was given a thorough tour of the property.The apartment was clean ,cozy and welcoming. The amenities provided were top notch ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was was responsive and communication was seamless. The location was perfect and found plenty of great dining options and places of convenience near by. The host provided excellent tips on eateries and nearby attractions . My stay was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Adrielles place whenever you in New York. Thank you for a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
