Chic Renovated Home w/Private Rooms & Shared common spaces. Your Ideal Living Space

nice stay

monica was a great host and easy to communicate with. the room was big and comfortable. starter toiletries and towels were provided. i would stay here again if i was to come back to pittsburgh.

Amazing stay!

I told myself that I would take pictures of the room to post with the review but of course I forgot. The room in the photos is exactly like the room I saw in person, just a different color. You can expect to have a bed, night stand, tv, and closet to place your things. While living here I had access to the two bathrooms (one full), the kitchen, living room, and dining room in addition to my room. Everything that is described is exactly how it is. If you're looking for a place to stay, this is the place. Ms. Monica is a great landlord and is very responsive whenever you need something regarding the house. If you stay here, please don't hesitate to contact her about anything. The more communicative you are, the more likely you'll enjoy your stay. I had no issues during my entire stay and if I'm in the Pittsburgh area again, I'd 100% check if I can stay here again.

Pittsburgh on the hill

This was one of my most comfortable stays. The owner is so nice and inspiring easy to get in touch with The house itself is clean and spacious. If I get back to Pittsburgh I will be going back there

Affordable stay with a nice landlord

I was here for about 6 months for my first travel contract. The house was great for what I needed working at UPMC and Ms. Monica was nice. Quick to respond. Communicates well and was understanding.

Great Host

Good Location next to bus stops toward downtown. Very accommodating and helpful host.
