Amazing apartment

I had an amazing stay in this one-bedroom apartment! It was quiet, safe, clean, and very comfortable. The owners were wonderful and extremely respectful of my privacy, which I really appreciated. Parking was excellent and incredibly convenient. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my entire stay. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, and welcoming place to stay. Five stars!

Quiet and cozy

I stayed in this rental for seven months and was very happy with the accommodations. The area is safe and there is on-street parking right outside your door (you can park in the driveway but is farther away). I am a night shift worker and the place was quiet during the day. The bedroom also has blackout curtains so is nice and dark. There are split level heaters/coolers in every room so you can adjust the temp just right. The owners were responsive to all of my needs and fixed any problems right away. I would stay here again if my travels ever bring me to Bakersfield.

Wonderful rental experience!

This home and the hosts are AMAZING! We could not recommend this place enough! We travel for my husband's work and they were so kind and considerate during very unsure times about when we would be leaving. Vicki is so thoughtful and sweet. The space is beautiful, clean, quiet and cozy! It's the perfect size for 2 people. The neighborhood is very nice and safe! Vicki and Dean care so much about their tenants and will do anything to make sure you feel comfortable while also letting you feel like you're completely in your own home! If you're looking for a short term cozy, quiet and safe home, you should definitely consider checking their place out!
