Cozy house in Akron's hippest neighborhood & very close to hospitals

Nice place, wonderful location

I had the pleasure of staying here for my contract at Summa Akron City. I stayed in the "purple room" on the second floor. Nate is a wonderful landlord. He has a ton of tips and places to go when you are here. My housemates were the best. The room is quiet, blackout shades made sleeping a breeze. Everyone was so respectful and the neighbors were so sweet. Nate was always available to answer any questions. Would gladly stay there again.

Safe location, responsive landlord, great price!

I stayed at this property for 4 months on a travel assignment. The location is very safe! The street is quiet and there is always plenty of parking. I enjoyed having access to a full kitchen and laundry on site. Nate is a great landlord - very kind and responsive! Other house guests were also working professionals and we all worked different work schedules. The other guests were courteous/respectful of quiet hours to the best of their ability, but, if you are a super sound sleeper, this may not be the best fit for you. That said, a white noise machine was provided and I slept with a fan on, which helped! Common areas of the home were always clean thanks to a great housekeeper! Would stay here again.
