Gorgeous apartment!

I absolutely loved my stay here! There is so much natural light and it is a gorgeous place over all! I felt super safe as a solo female staying for my clinic rotation. Lauren was fantastic about communicating and providing everything I needed!

2nd floor rental

This was clean spacious one bedroom rental on the second floor, with a bonus room. The landlords were fast to respond with any concerns and pleasant to communicate with. The landlords did run their business on sight Monday through Friday and had an adorable dog named Goose. There is shared dryer with the long term upstairs tenant, otherwise all amenities were private. The floorboards are very thin and you can often hear the upstairs neighbor walking around at all hours of the day and night. Overall, this was a good short term rental in a safe neighborhood with a delicious cheesesteak shop right down the road.

Beautiful, spacious and quiet apartment

This was a great place to stay for a healthcare travel assignment. The owners quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had. The apartment is in a beautiful old home with a lot of character, and all the conveniences and supplies needed for a comfortable stay. The yard is very nice and well cared for. It was a quiet area but very close to restaurants and shopping. It provided a nice sanctuary during my stay.

Spacious One Bedroom Apartment

This was a very nice and spacious one bedroom apartment. I am a travel nurse and was looking for something close to CMMC. This place was perfect! It is an older house turned into apartments but this unit had a nice modern feel and lots charm. The unit was clean on arrival and well maintained. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and I always felt safe walking in and out even late at night. The house is at a dead end of a street so there is not a lot of traffic going by. Nice off street parking available. Not only is it close to the two hospitals in Lewiston, but close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The unit is stocked with all of the essentials needed to be a home away from home. L, the property manager, has been great to work with. She responds to texts/calls quite promptly. Often within a few hours but always within twenty-four hours.

Great Rental

Location is great! The apartment is bright and clean. There is a store within walking distance that makes amazing sandwiches. We reached out to the owners who gave us some tips restaurants and day trips. We were surprised to see the house next door featured in DownEast magazine the following month! A great little find.
