WARNING!!

This was, by far, the worst rental experience I've ever had! The photos in the listing show two garages, which lead anyone to assume they're included. When I arrived, the landlord, Dan, informed me that the garage was not available as he uses it to store tools. I was expected to park on the street. The area is extremely unsafe, with meth heads roaming the streets. I informed Dan that someone had attempted to break into my car and asked if I could use the garage. He refused. The vandalizers returned and severely damaged my car. Dan still refused to allow access to the garage. Storing his tools was more important than the safety of his tenants. I had no choice but to pack and leave. I was forced to cancel my contract, which has had serious financial consequences. I asked Dan if he could forward my Amazon packages. He refused and kept my packages! I am now dealing with the burden of repairing my car and the loss of work. Please steer clear from this danger zone and careless landlord!

Unit B

These units are very comfortable. The plus is you have the washing machine & dryer in a closed area [shared]. The kitchen has pots & pans. The only downfall is that there really is no cooking utensils, but no problem, cause I just went to the dollar tree and got what I needed. Since I cook from scratch, I look for a stove and oven. I use stainless steel cookware, so I carry my own cookware. Dan is an excellent landlord. If ever I go back, this is the place where I would stay again. The units are 1.5 miles from the police station, the area is very safe. In the 7 months of our stay, we had no problems. This is one of the best places to stay. You will not regret it. [There are 2 units & they are the same].
