The best rental experience I've had!

From beginning to end, my stay in Austin was an absolute pleasure because of this apartment. The apartment is centrally located, in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to bars and restaurants, not to mention groceries, but is also quiet and offers reprieve from the normal downtown scene. It is also a 10 minute walk to Zilker Park! It is spacious, beautifully furnished, and has real soul. The kitchen is fully stocked, the appliances are in tiptop shape, and it really feels like a home (rare for Austin real estate!). Jason and Sonia were the most lovely hosts, accommodating and incredibly nice. I've stayed in many apartments and flats all over the world, and can definitively say that this was the most pleasurable, easiest, and peaceful stay I've ever had. I would recommend this to anybody, an individual or couple, who is interested in seeing what Austin can offer. There is parking, there is quiet, there is a balcony, and there is comfort.
