Quiet and Convenient

Nordia was great. This was one of my favorite short term properties so far. The unit has everything you need and even outdoor / yard space if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and there's ample space for parking. I didn't have any issues. Nordia was very proactive to make sure my stay was great.

EXCELLENT PLACE

My husband and I stayed here for 9 months during our home renovation and I must say WE LOVED the stay here! The owner Nordia was always responsive, the home was in perfect condition, clean and well taken care of. The area is safe, quiet and clean. They took care of the exterior and pest control. Nordia was very attentive and acomodating to our needs. Excellent price and yes it is true to the pictures and all amenities included as stated. I highly recommend this place!

Great Housing & Host

The Property here was great and provided a lot for me during my 2 month stay. Any issues I had, N (the owner) was incredibly kind and swift to solve them. The neighborhood of Fox Briar is nice and quiet throughout the day and is great for walks whether it's day or night. Nearly everything I wanted was provided for from a full kitchen with all appliances to 2 tv's whether you want to relax and watch from a bed or couch. I would highly recommend this property not just for the location and furnished housing but also for the care and helpfulness from N!
