Good Experience in a Great Location

The unit was clean, well-located, and as described. It was within walking distance to caf, restaurants, and Whole Foods, which was very convenient. Eric and his family were welcoming and easy to communicate with. Overall, everything went smoothly during my stay.

Cute & Convenient!

This was one of the cutest studios I've stayed in! Well decorated and spacious. Very convenient location if you are a traveler at memorial hospital down the street or enjoy shopping. Eric & Jill were so sweet and accommodating.

Perfect Studio!

Do not miss out on this listing! Had my circumstances not changed, I would have stayed indefinitely. The unit is located in the best neighborhood in Santa Rosa. A two block walk to Montgomery Village, and about four blocks to Howarth Park. A five minute drive to all the shops, restaurants, bars of downtown Santa Rosa, and equally to both major hospitals in Santa Rosa. The unit has a medium-size backyard where you can plant a garden and barbecue with plenty of room for friends and family. Eric and Jill are the best landlords you could ask for and I guarantee youll make friends in the neighborhood.
