Perfect Place!

I stayed here for a year while completing a residency and have nothing but great things to say about my experience! The house has everything you would need and then some (extra towels, linens, kitchenware, etc) you do not need to bring anything! Andrea responded quickly any time I had a question and its clear that she cares about the property and her guests experiences. I really appreciated how well she maintained the home; everything was clean, updated, and working! (Sadly, this has not always been my experience at other properties, and it makes a huge difference when you are working long hours!) The pictures do not do it full justice - it is beautifully decorated and feels homey, with high ceilings and lots of space. It is walking distance to Kannapolis center and an easy drive to shopping/restaurants in Charlotte, Concord, or Huntersville. I wish I had more time to enjoy the great outdoor space, but hope to stay again if Im back in the area!

The absolute BEST in the area

We stayed here while on a rotation for school and it was the absolute best place to stay. Andrea was so kind and made us feel so comfortable staying here. Close enough to downtown to walk and see all the sites! I cannot recommend this rental enough!
