Hidden gem
Very nice townhouse, great location. Close to downtown & a variety of stores & restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, never had any issues or felt unsafe. The landlord was amazing! Was always available to answer any questions, great communication. If I ever get another assignment in CLT, I'd defenitely stay here again.

One bedroom, one bathroom townhome
This is such a cute property! The landlords were very friendly and anytime I needed an answer about the property they were quick to respond (which was very rare that I had a question). This property is about 10-15 minutes from downtown Charlotte. I would highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to stay here again if I am ever in Charlotte!

Excellent property
Nice townhouse conveniently located near uptown. Well furnished and maintained. Comfortable for a small family. Coordination with landlord was smooth and received full security deposit without hassles.
