If Jesse's property is available.. book without hesitation, you will not be disappointed. I came to Toledo for clinical rotations and this place really felt like a home. Its clean, thoughtfully decorated, safe, conveniently located, and was well equipped with everything I needed. Jesse really takes care of his properties and his tenants and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. I ended up extending my stay which Jesse made an easy process. Can't say enough good things about it. If I had to come back to Toledo I will definitely be looking here first.

This is my second time renewing my lease! Jesse is an amazing landlord and is great at responding in a timely manner and resolving any issues. The property is very beautiful and well kept. Being a woman living alone, I feel very safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

An amazing property!

I cannot say enough great things about this townhome just 10 minutes from Toledo Hospitalits truly a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. Every detail in the space has been thoughtfully curated, clearly with care and consideration. The room is spacious, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and having an office space was a huge bonus for staying organized during my assignment. Jesse, the landlord, went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was available. His communication is top-notchalways responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making your stay as comfortable as possible. As a travel nurse, finding a place like this is rare. Its quiet, cozy, and equipped with everything to make life easier on the road. I was overly impressed with the quality and comfort of this townhome and would stay here 1,000 times over if I could. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-kept home away from home!

This is a great property and stay that is close to ProMedica Flower Hospital (+/-20 minutes) and Toledo Hospital (+/- 10 minutes) where I was on contract. Everything is clean, new, and so very nice being recently renovated. It is comfortable and spacious, safe, and made for the perfect home away from home. I had no safety and security concerns or issues throughout my stay and time here. Jesse- property owner is great as well! He is very accessible and responsive to the rare issue I had and was never too far away. He even came to my rescue when I forgot my keys inside and locked myself out when I was leaving for work one evening. I cannot say enough good and positive things about my experience and time here and cannot recommend it enough to anyone who is traveling in the area.
