This home is comfortable, tidy, and clean. It is on a dead end street, so there is not a lot of traffic, but there are neighbors out for a walk to the pond, or with their pets. In the summer, lots of people swim and paddleboard at the pond, and we even have a large inflatable raft with life jackets tenants can use to enjoy the day on the water in the summer.

The room for rent has a double bed, closet, bookshelves, a desk with a TV, and AC/fans and space heaters (depending on the season). The full- bathroom upstairs is shared, with a dedicated shelf for each person, and there is a half bath available downstairs as well. The rest of the house (all common areas) and yard are available for use.

Great place to stay
Room was very spacious in a nice quiet neighborhood. Henry and Tamara were great hosts and I highly reccomend them to anyone looking for accommodation

Very peaceful
Although my time here was short it was very peaceful which is important to me since I worked nights and slept mornings. Mrs. Tami and her husband are genuine good folks. Very accommodating, my room allowed to much light and by the next day they put blackout curtains up, literally went above and beyond to meet my comfortability. I had full access to the kitchen and it was nice that I had my own personal refrigerator. If you are looking to stay somewhere safe and peaceful with trustworthy people than I would recommend this place.

Its truly a pleasure staying with Ms. Tami. She goes above and beyond to ensure her tenants feel right at home, providing essential items like a personal refrigerator and other conveniences that add to the comfort of the stay. The neighborhood is cozy and inviting, with nearby shops that make it easy to access everything you need. If my work contracts allow, I would happily stay here long-term. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-cared-for living space!
