Peaceful Studio Near Everything

Perfect studio apartment with friendly and inclusive homeowners! Comfortable bed, private entry, ample storage, big screen TV, great kitchen, and a beautiful view! Also, I had use of pickleball court and hot tub, which were a complete bonus! Safe, friendly, peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown --lots of great restaurants, yoga studios, shopping, etc. Highly recommend!!

Lucky to have found this gem!

I'm a travel nurse and stayed during my contract in Oakland. The commute had no traffic and I felt so safe! I took lots of walks around the neighbor hood or into downtown and loved sitting out on the deck. The hosts go above and beyond to make this cute studio feel like home. Cleaning ladies every 2 weeks, stocked kitchen, built in speakers, Mountain View, and friendly landlords. There's also a grill for your personal use! What else could you want! I would definitely stay here again if I had another contract.

Great apartment!!!

I stayed at the apartment for 2 months and the property is great. Everything is there and it's all in great condition. The views from the apartment are stunning. The place is completely self-contained, including a dedicated washer and dryer. Close to downtown, yet quite and serene. Traci and Mike are excellent hosts.

Great space

I stayed here for a few months while working a contract at John Muir. The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed, has everything you need and one of the coziest beds I've slept in during my travels. Fantastic view of Mt. Diablo from the deck. Landlords are super friendly and helpful without being intrusive at all. AC works great. Easy access to the biggest/busiest social district in town with lots of shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Studio in Walnut Creek

An amazing, peaceful studio in a beautiful and safe neighborhood (lots of cute deer) about a half mile away from downtown Walnut Creek. The Studio has so many amenities including an unbeatable view of Mount Diablo from the balcony, big comfortable bed, dishes and dishwasher, walk in closet, storage, washer and dryer, etc. The hosts are amazing people and go above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of perfect! Sad to say goodbye. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Tranquil Retreat in Walnut Creek Review

This property is in a great and safe location with an amazing view of Mount Diablo. It is only 0.5-1 miles to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. It is private with electric shades and two entrances. One leading to the deck area and one to the garage. It is well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and anything else you may need. It is newly renovated with new hard wood floors. There is a closet, an extra storage room off the bathroom, and drawers under the bed. There was also an included cleaning service every 2 weeks. The host are great people and very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay so much and would recommend this place to anyone!
