Avoid, would not recommend.

This was the worst experience I've had in all my 4 years of travel nursing. This landlord is not flexible, manipulative, and emotional. I did not receive my full deposit back. I've worked with many landlords in the past who were flexible, considerate, and understanding. We moved into the basement, which was not fully clean, with items in the fridge, and I got sick for the first couple of weeks due to the congestion there. It was just not well ventilated. I had to go out of my way to purchase items to make it livable. I agreed on this contract with the intention of buying a home, but the landlord completely drained us of our funds, and we had to essentially buy out the contract by $3,600, and she kept half of the deposit. As I have learned from my travel nurse friends, do not rent from residential tenants in the Lithonia area. These residents are intentionally seeking money and will intentionally lock you into a contract. Stay close to the city.
