Amazing One Bedroom Apartment

Great space

This apartment is a great space perfect for students on clinical affiliations or working on a traveling contract. The apartment had everything I needed while staying in New York. Richard was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to friends or family members.

SAFETY WARNING: Urine, Mold, Maggots, Anger Issues.

This is a serious SAFETY WARNING. Im a CRNA, & Ive never encountered such hostility & disgust as I did at Richard & Cordels house. *Fact #1: 1st day, apartment had dog URINE & MOLD. *Fact #2: Room carpet was SOAKED for days from a leak *Fact #3: A 2nd HUGE leak led to water shutoff & attracted flies/larvae to lay eggs causing MAGGOTs. Richard moved me to a basement apartment with a hazardous hole that had dust and roof debris fall while I was there, he eventually covered it with a garbage bag. *Fact #4: Electrical issues, Broken smoke alarms, no fire extinguisher. &Window blinds were improperly installed and fell. Richards reaction to my complaints was extremely angry. Hed scream at me & claimed these issues were 'normal.' If you rent from him, be cautious about dissatisfaction. Has NO TEMPER CONTROL, accountability terrifies him, and hell LASH OUT if you hold him responsible & ask you to leave before your move-out date. This is my 1st negative review after years of using this.
