Comfortable place, but check out was costly
This place is well appointed, updated kitchen, bath, overall a nice space. The landlord was very responsive. The landlord is very strict when it comes to returning the deposit (wear and tear is not allowed). We did not receive a chunk of our deposit because of this. Here are some of the charges: Hangers $ 22.03 - "The original set had 25 matching hangers. Hangers that were replaced were not matching and there were less than 25." Cheese Knife $ 22.39 - "Knife was rusted." Silverware $ 118.06 - "Three spoons were cut on the edges, 1 fork missing, 1 knife missing. A new set needed to be purchased." Towels $ 3.31 - "2 Washcloths missing." Baking Pans $ 30.89 - "Baking pans had caked on grime." Soap dispenser charger - "$ 10.34 Charger for Simple Human soap dispenser missing." Excessive dirt/repairs $ 100.00 - "Time for additional cleaning of the unit beyond standard post-move out cleaning as well as repairs to the bedroom closet and floor boards in living room closet."
Great place to stay!
T's place is wonderful! It had absolutely everything I needed and was in a great location - easy walk to the water & close to grocery stores, easy access to freeways, and a quick drive to Leschi & Capitol Hill. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and the unit itself was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!
