I stayed in this house for a short while and it was absolutely worth it. Spencer is a wonderful landlord, very responsive and attends to needs very quickly. The place is clean, tidy and very accommodating. Home supplies are provided from the kitchen to the rooms, bathroom and laundry. Highly recommend to anyone staying around.

Great landlords

Spencer and Brianna are the best! I have been a travel nurse for about 5 years, stayed in several houses all over the country. But these landlords are one of the best Ive come across. They make you feel welcome and at home. They are very helpful, considerate and your comfort is important to them. The house is very clean and well kept. They are approachable and your needs are met. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent a place in the area. Thanks Spencer and Brianna I appreciate your hospitality.

Home away from Home

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the hosts and property were at this location. Definitely a must stay for traveling nurses because it is catered to us as well ask less than 5 min from Tricities, less than 20 from Bon Secours or South Side and less than an hour from Richmond. Its perfect for the travel nurse. The kitchen was well stocked with all cutlery and dishes you could need. Also the specific touch of matching linens and towels to each room was absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was staying the night at my grandma's, just cozy. The house is located on a quiet street and shopping less than 10 minutes away. Definitely would love to stay again if I needed to.

This house is like home. The whole place is very clean and tidy. The room has matching towels, comforters, and curtains. The bathroom was fully stocked with cleaning products. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, air fryer, Ninja, and all other large appliances. New stainless steel walker and dryer. Parking on the premises is sufficient. The pretenders were very accommodating with my requests . This is a great place to stay and the price is right

Great place!

Very clean living space and super convenient driveway parking. Spencer was extremely accommodating and polite. Theres even laundry detergent / dryer sheets available if you run out briefly. The bed was comfortable / clean and the room has a TV on the nightstand. Great place to stay with honest landlords.
