Excellent

I had the privilege of renting from Martha earlier this year and my experience was amazing! She was prompt with her responses to not only my questions but anything else I may have needed. The ADU was very quiet, well kept and enjoyable to go to rest at the end of the day. The neighborhood was equally as quiet and pleasant during my short stay, close to grocery stores, places to go for a stroll and many other amenities close by. I highly recommend her as a landlord and her rental property! Plus if you dont mind seeing a beautiful kitty roaming around she has one named Lilly and she made the stay for me that much better!

Lovely apartment!

Husband and I stayed here for a few months and it was just wonderful for us and we HIGHLY recommend it! It was quiet, peaceful and the apartment was perfect size for us. It is modern, kitchen size is very nice, has everything you need, utensils, coffee maker, ect, large sink, fridge, stove. Bed was really comfortable and cozy, as is the little couch. The shower is great (good water pressure and heat!) Little deck attached is great, with a nice view and we sat outside many evenings enjoying the weather and view. Martha is a wonderful landlord, friendly, attentive and helpful! She has thought about all the little details and it shows! :) There was a little leak with the kitchen sink and she had it fixed right away. The location is good, apartment is close to several groceries stores and other amenities (coffee shops, restaurants, bakery, large park, a brewery, office depot, CVS, ect) and down town Eugene is only about 10 min -12 min away. HIGHLY recommend this place!
