Cozy and conveniently located to most of Portland. Grocery stores are within walking distance if so desired. Our condo is insulated by Creston Park so it stays very quiet. The park provides a great outlet for walks and meeting folks in the neighborhood. There is also a public pool within the park during the summer months. This is a family environment with young families and often children and pets.

Full size fridge, Portable induction cooktop, oven, and everything you'll need to cook fabulous meals. Plenty of cabinet space. Cozy living room area with TV adjoins kitchen. There is an expanding dining table with three cushioned stools for entertaining a few guests. Bedroom and bathroom are separate with walk in closet space. There is also a private back patio. Neighborhood overview
Located just of main road, SE Powell BLVD, and next to neigborhood park , Creston Park. Creston park has a public pool in the summer and is a year round off leash dog park with an area for children to play. The park is a safe area boasting tall douglas firs. Lots of neighborhood folk come to the park to walk their dogs and play in the park.

Great home away home!
I stayed here during my travel nursing contract and had an excellent experience. The landlord was consistently helpful, accommodating, and responsive, which made the entire stay stress-free. Having an assigned parking spot was a huge convenienceespecially after long shifts when you want to get inside without having to search for parking. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The private patio was a major plus and quickly became my favorite spot to unwind and recharge. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, making it perfect for resting on off days. Overall, this rental was the perfect home base during my assignment. Id absolutely recommend it to other travel nurses or anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.
