    We are a family of 3. I work in a hospital in the finance area and enjoy being in our home a lot. Our home is on a quiet street and we keep it extremely clean with 2 spare rooms available, lots of privacy and very welcoming. NO GUESTS! off-street parking is available. The room for rent for $1,100 a month + 2 nonrefundable deposits (the first and last month.)
