Three bedroom home with a nice backyard and pool - your rooms are in the front of the house. Shared entrance to mudroom area and then my part of the house has a private/locking entrance. Private bathroom and access to shared laundry room. Kitchenette has fridge,
freezer, microwave, and coffee maker (no sink). TV's in both the bedroom and kitchenette. Also a table for eating/working in the kitchenette. Nice, quiet neighborhood...

I offer a water cooler with boiling and cold water if you are interested and 5 gallon water bottles are $10 each.

Neighborhood: Quiet, beautiful tree-lined street and very safe. Walked my 2 dogs early a.m and late p.m. Place: Very clean and comfortable. Though entrance is shared, Karen literally gives you the front wing of her house. That hallway in the picture (w/ the W/D closet to your right), bathroom, bedroom and the modified "breakfast room" is all yours. My dogs were not "closed in", they had a good space to roam around. Host: Karen was very considerate, responsive and hospitable. As a Travel RN, this was a perfect place for me to rest and unwind after a long day at work.
