I am a medical student and I stayed here for 1 month while I completed a hospital rotation at one of the nearby hospitals. The unit was exactly what I needed. It is a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The area is a quiet, blue collar working class community. I never felt unsafe even as I walked to the convenient corner store down the street. There are great food options nearby, especially mexican food. Madelyn and her wife were so nice and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

East LA

I stayed here for my 3 month assignment. Madelyn and her wife were great. I ordered a lot of packages and they were so nice to take care of them for me. When I was cooking or didn't have something I needed they were quick to assist. The unit is very bright and they let me put up temporary window film to black out the windows. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors know everyone. The bus stop right outside the door sometimes bothered me and a couple times there was construction that kept me up. But I really enjoyed my privacy and the owners are really respectful and understanding.

Madelyn was quick to reply to my initial inquiry and remained that way during my 2 month stay. Their property is conveniently located and it was easy to get to work, eat at lots of new places, explore, and most importantly, rest and relax in peace and quiet. All the amenities made it convenient to cook, do laundry, and stay current with all my streaming shows. I am so lucky they had the availability to host my stay.
