Amazing spot!

This place is my absolute favorite furnished finder I've stayed in, and I've been travel nursing for almost two years! It was super clean and well set up with everything we needed when we moved in. It's so cutely decorated and the plants everywhere outside are a great touch. Having a full office area and second bedroom was great because my fiance works from home. It was also super close to the highway which was great for my commute.We loved the pool and hot tub as well as a basic workout room right across from the apartment. It was well located close to every grocery store you could think of, great restaurants, and a Target. It's also right on the canal path, which we ran on almost everyday and very close to the trails around Piestewa peak that we trail ran a lot. Claire and her husband were very kind and helpful with everything and she gave me local recs that we loved! This spot is perfect, especially for two people!

Home sweet home!

I stayed here comfortably for 3 months. New to the area, it was the perfect place to land and get to know Phoenix. Its centrally located and easy access to hiking, biking, nature parks, grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts were always quick to respond to anything I needed and offered a warm welcome upon arrival as well as local recommendations. Stylish, clean, safe and private, this apartment and complex is a gem of a find. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for short and long term stays!

Fantastic Spot!

As a remote Tech professional, I have immense flexibility / choice around my living situation. It is an active decision I have made to spend the last ~1.5 years with this FANTASTIC condo as my landing spot. The location is amazing - near to the best of all that Phoenix proper has to offer, but also close to Scottsdale, too. The proximity to the airport is hard to beat; I can do door-to-door in 15 minutes - with PHX airport efficiency I'll be at my gate in <30 mins. It is rare to find such a lush and gorgeous community with single-story units that are available for rent. The caliber of buildout is terrific - top tier appliances, gorgeous cabinetry, and excellent flooring. Front and back patios with lush plantings that are auto-watered add to the value provided. The space reflects a keen eye for color and design and includes top-shelf cooking supplies. All told, it is a place that I hope the next guest enjoys and celebrates just as much as I have. It is truly a special spot!

Perfect location and short term stay!

This location is a dream - truly in the middle of everything but also so quiet and peaceful! A short drive to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale, and right around the corner from a lovely park + epic mountain hiking. The owners were amazing to work with and extremely communicative throughout our whole stay. In terms of the space... it was clean, well decorated, and the hosts provided everything we needed! The shared pool + grilling space were a plus. Would absolutely stay here again!
