House has plenty of space in a great neighborhood. Neighborhood is on a dead end street so there is no traffic to worry about. Neighborhood is great to get out and do some walking. Neighbors are friendly. House has tons of space so bring everyone with you. Backyard is a great size for kids to play in or for yard games. Private bathroom in the master with plenty of room. All rooms are downstairs except for one room which is upstairs like a loft. This room is private from the rest of the house. Easy communication with owner includingnquick replies. Lawncare is provided. Welcome back is great with a lot of wonderful information. Garage is nice for nasty weather days.
