Really the best part of this is the location, if you are traveling, nurse or a traveling business person this is one of the most convenient neighborhoods in Flagstaff. Less than a 10 minute walk to the hospital, same amount of time to downtown for restaurants, pubs, brew houses. And if you're the adventurous type, you can run or ride to trail access from this location.

This property is fantastic! The host family is amazing and incredibly helpful and respectful of my privacy and my sleeping hours as I work 3rd shift. The casita is very comfortable and comes with everything one would need for their stay, including some local craft beer . If ever I return to Flagstaff, this is where Ill be staying. Great place
Everything you would need in a place to rent. Close enough to walk to the hospital but safe enough to leave your car unlocked. It feels good renting from good people who are responsive and easy to talk to. I would definitely come stay again if I ever make it back to flagstaff.
