This is such a cute spacious apartment in the cutest, safest neighborhood of Richmond :) I'm a 26 yr old female that travels alone and I felt COMPLETELY safe in this neighborhood and home. The landlord is SO SO SO kind and the tenants upstairs are the sweetest too. The french doors to get into the home are beautiful, let great light into the home, and my cat loved looking out. The couch is very comfy and there's a huge, flat screen smart TV in the living room and two smaller TVs in each bedroom. Great wifi. The kitchen is gorgeous, with plenty of space for cooking and all of the appliances were modern/worked great and there were plenty of tupperware/cooking utensils/pots/pans. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of storage in the bedroom. The shower had great water pressure and no issues with hot water running out. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! If you want to feel safe, cozy, and have a sweet landlord then this is the place for you :)
