Just pefect!

This was the perfect place for us. So many details made this place feel extra homey. Spacious, well decorated and not too fussy-lovely sheets, luxurious bath towels, super comfy bed, a great porch to sit out on. I loved spending time here. I don't want to set expectations too high- but there was a dozen farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge. The owners were terrific-if I needed anything they were a text away and very responsive. The neighborhood is pretty chill, and it was an easy walk to downtown. The house is in the "tree streets" section which has some lovely homes and was a nice place to walk in the morning or evening. Great neighbors on either side too. Laundry was in the basement, updated appliances throughout, Jessica was very accommodating when my schedule changed and we were able to extend an extra week with no problems. We left the place clean and received our deposit back in 2 days. (THANK YOU!) Absolutely would stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable and quiet

As a Canadian student staying in Waynesboro for a 3-week externship, I was looking for a fully furnished, practical, and comfortable apartment. This unit was perfect, and had everything you might need for longer stays, including access to a laundry room. The owners provided most of the starting essentials, and even left fresh farm eggs in the fridge before my arrival. The location is optimal, and the neighborhood very quiet and clean. Besides the nice unit, I have nothing but good reviews about the owners. Jessica was an absolute gem. She responded very quickly to my inquiries and questions, and was willing to accommodate me when needed during the booking process. She remained available for communication during my stay and gave me clear feedback on the apartment and security deposit after I left. If you're looking for a warm and cozy apartment in Waynesboro, I highly recommand this one! Thank you for everything, Jessica.

Cozy Cottage

This little space in Waynesboro is so cozy and homey. It has everything you need from kitchen tools to bath towels and bed linens. The host provides you with starters of everything including paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, etc. She even left a cute little basket in the bathroom with lotion, slippers, etc. And left cute treats in the kitchen, as well as fresh farm eggs. Such a nice bonus with the laundry room attached to the back of the house. It's in a clean and safe neighborhood. I don't have one negative thing to say about their space. It is awesome! They really thought of everything to make it personable and warm. One disclaimer, the listing does say there is a dishwasher and there is not in the cottage, but assuming there is in the main house.
